A Brief History
Our chief executive, Mike A. Lukis, is the original founder and pioneer of Malcon Contractors. Mike spent his teenage years working in construction before becoming a Marine, serving in between 1980 and 1983. When he returned to civilian life, he went back to what he knew best and returned to the world of construction. While working for others, Mike eventually took enough side jobs until he began his own practice, and twenty-two years later he is proud to see his work scattered throughout the Delaware Valley at hundreds of commercial and retail locations.

After running a successful company on his own for twenty-two years, Mike has decided to combine his operational expertise and leadership qualities with the managerial and administrative knowledge of his sons to form Malcon and Sons, LLC.

Mike has overseen his crew's concrete installation work while managing the prospecting, estimating, bidding, and contracting duties for over four hundred projects. He has extensive contacts and references within the restaurant building industry, and takes pride in building valuable relationships with his clientele.
The Present
Our company understands the importance of getting work done correctly, the first time; and our crew understands that our work is the foundation of a greater whole. We recognize the time constraints that many builders are under, especially on commercial and retail projects. For these reasons, we have dedicated twenty-two years of service to not just meeting, but exceeding our clients' expectations.

Malcon and Sons, LLC is a fully insured concrete contractor servicing commercial and retail projects in eastern half of the United States. The company is headquartered in NJ and is registered and licensed where applicable.
