Who We Are
For twenty-two years, Malcon has delivered high quality full-service concrete work for restaurants and retail chains throughout 19 separate states. Led by Michael Lukis and his sons, we boast two decades of experience in executing complex plans in an efficient manner. We provide full-service concrete construction on new and existing projects and are based out of New Jersey.

We have performed work on over forty different restaurant concepts, including fast food, casual, and upscale dining. We have performed work as far south as Georgia and Tennessee, and we have travelled all the way north to Maine. Our work is concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic region, but we take pride in providing valuable service to our clients wherever they may need it.
As concrete tradesmen, we understand that our work is the foundation of many people's biggest investments. Therefore, we place extreme emphasis on executing each project to specification in a frictionless manner. Building owners frequently have to update and maintain the appearance of their property. We are experts in performing full-service concrete work at existing locations, and have performed work on over fifty remodel projects for chain restaurants throughout the region. We recognize the accelerated pace required for remodels, and we pride ourselves in completing the work to your specifications in a timely manner.

Another McDonalds Remodel. Our firm was contracted for the removal of existing asphalt and concrete on the premises, and we will be responsible for installation of new sidewalks, drive through slabs, curb, and other concrete fixtures. McDonalds Remodel projects are extremely fast paced.
